What is included in my email marketing service?

Your Webwingsmail account has everything you need to get started with email marketing, including:

  • Create unlimited email lists for your target segments
  • Create templates for different email campaigns
  • Tools to create, send and track the results of your email campaigns
  • Unlimited autoresponders (automatic emails)
  • A comprehensive user guide
  • Upgrade to more emails per month at any time

Is there a contract to sign?

No. Webwingsmail is a month-by-month, "pay as you go" service and you can cancel at any time. There are no contracts to sign. So you are free to leave at any time.

What if I want to stop using the Webwingsmail Service?

No problems. We bill on a monthly basis so all you have to do is contact us and we will stop your account for you. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.

Are there any other fees besides the monthly fee

Each account has a limit on the number of emails that can be sent each month.  The number of emails you intend sending determines your monthly fee.  If you exceed the number of email's sent in any month, you will be billed for the excess charges as per the table above.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

We offers a 14-day refund period which allows you to get familar with the email service when you first sign up. We bill on a month-to-month basis so you can also cancel at any time.

How is the monthly fee determined?

The monthly fee is determined by the maximum number of emails you choose to send per month. You can of course upgrade to a larger per month email limit at any time.  To do so, please contact us and we will extend the limit.  If you do this part way through the month, we will reset the monthly period from the day the upgrade takes place and refund you the balance of the month not used in the previous month.

What happens if I want to send more emails?

If you need to send more emails than your current plan allows you can upgrade at any time simply by contacting us.

Am I billed straight away?

When you sign up you will be invoiced for your first month's usage. After that, you will be billed every 30 days in accordance with the plan you choose.

Can I check my emails for SPAM filters?

 Yes, you can check each email to ensure that you are not inadvertantly using words that are commonly blocked by spam filters.  This improves the chances of your emails being delivered.

Can I take my subscriber email list with me if I want to cancel?

Absolutely. It's easy to export your email subscriber list into a text file which you can import into other applications. If you'd like to cancel you also have the option to delete all data related to your account including your email list, email messages and statistics.

Will you send Interspire promotions to my email list?

No way! We will never, ever send any emails to your email list. The only emails people on your email list will receive are those that  you send them using the Webwingsmail system.
